Introvert vs Extrovert

Personality is what human is recognized and labeled, judging how an individual seems fascinating as well as stunning triggered by one's trait. Yet, personality insists people to act differently everyday according to how those are living. Seeing people who have a massive interest in making a ton of experiences is seen as Extrovert and the other hand, Introvert is the one who hardly shows or appears in crowds, assuming they tend to be alone as the best time for them to live. Both of these personalities have their own advantages and disadvantages in terms of how these types bring chief skills as well as contributions to people's lives.
Firstly, As noted, Introvert is eager to act alone then in crowds for energizing themselves. This trait drives Introvert to have several great advantages, for instance, individuals could be more independent, seeing how those people don't need to have a lot of people surround them to do something makes these people are individually strong workers. Moreover, they speak only important things considered by how something is relevant for them to share about. This case, they are limited to tell something inappropriate. In the other hand, extroverted people who socialize more to gain much energy have several undefeated points than introverts. In essence, their ability in naturally making new colleagues is considered as the most powerful ability they have, concerning how people easily to get a job by having a good Social engagement like public speaking skill which obviously extrovert people are able to. Even more, these people tend to solve the problem in team work due to their tendency of gathering with other people. Hence, their tasks could be able to finish soon.
Unfortunately, both of these traits also trigger numerous disadvantages as follows. The way of Introverts are hardly speaking up makes them in the same way to hardly have a good verbal communication, as known, someone could get stress easily in work, so they need to sometimes spell their problems or difficulties. This trait also endangers people to have misinterpretation towards Introverted people and make those individuals to have no networking at all. Whereas, Extroverts also undeniably have several negative points. Ones could be seeing as the center of attention which others see this is quite annoying due to how the Extroverts fancy being seen all the time. It causes the Extrovert to easily lose their friends as well as easily to make new friends. Moreover, ones could be more depression all day long due to how they love companion than bring alone at home.
Further, Both of these personalities have already created numerous influential people around the world as successfully proving that no matter ones' traits are, they could be good individuals in this world. As well-known, these are several great people around the world who are introvert, namely Bill Gates, J.K Rowling, Abraham Lincoln, Albert Einstein. Conversely, there are numerous people who classified as Extrovert, they are Bill Clinton, Muhammad Ali, Marie Antoinette and Steve Jobs. Undeniablly, these people have successfully changed the world by their own feet, judging their personalities is actually the thing which shape them into.
In conclusion, both Introvert and Extrovert have their own strengths and weaknesses which stand them for being able to do certain tasks in which they are eligible to work. People should know what their trait is and enhance their capacities without get disturbed to change their personalities because people are special in their own ways.
